自由基/活性氧分析

衆多化學(xué)和生化反應過(g小看uò)程都(dōu)涉及自由基的參與,研究自由基的産生、結構及化學(x樂窗ué)反應性能(néng)至關重要,目前形成(chéng)了“自由基化學(xué)”。此外,現代生物學我歌(xué)認為細胞呼吸獲取氧份,多餘的氧會(huì)轉化匠快成(chéng)氧自由基。由于這(zhè)種(z短空hǒng)物質非常活躍,幾乎可以與各種(zhǒng)物質發(fā)的票生作用,引起(qǐ)一系列對(duì)車間細胞具有破壞性的連鎖反應,從而損壞人體正常細胞和組織,引起(店懂qǐ)多種(zhǒng)疾病,這(zhè)是人類衰老和患病的根源。另一方面聽路(miàn),活性氧含量與生理過(guò)程密切相關,特别河一是許多病變過(guò)程都(dōu)伴随著(章如zhe)活性氧含量水平的明顯異常變化。因此活性氧研究成(chéng)為少議了生命科學(xué)的一研究熱點課題。

   自由基/活性氧具有很高的反應活性,發(fā)展靈敏、準确的自由基鄉風或活性氧檢測方法引起(qǐ)了廣大科研工作者的興趣。與其它自由基/活性氧測定方法相比,化學(xué)發(fā)光除具有條件溫和、儀拿討器簡單、操作方便、靈敏度高等優點外,還(hái)具火購有發(fā)光現象與化學(xué)反應同時(shí)發(fā)生的特點,大文因此將(jiāng)化學(xué)發(fā)光的瞬時(shí)性與自由基短壽中鄉命相結合具有很好(hǎo)的應用前景。BPCL超微弱發(fā)光測量儀以其優異的靈敏度和良好(hǎo)的穩定性,在自由基/活笑街性氧分析上具有重要應用,其例子有見唱:
